Benny is a successful entrepreneur and civil engineer with a Masters Degree in Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Santo Domingo, Masters in Construction Management and is a certified Project Manager Professional from Florida International University.
For over 10 years, he has served as project director for Villa Palmera Inmobiliaria SRL, a leading real estate development company in the Dominican Republic.
Benny has been involved in more than 1,000 high-end residential units built over the last decade and is a project consultant for private investors and other construction companies. As a REIT founder in the Dominican Republic, he has first hand experience in evaluating companies and trends in the real estate industry.
At Aspira, Benny assists in mentoring and evaluating early stage companies, particularly in the property and construction sectors. He is passionate about closing the wealth gap prevalent in underserved communities.
